Technical rigor, with an eye for the garden

I am a CAAPPR-certified Landscape Architect in Training with more than five years of experience in architectural and engineering offices. I hold a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Universidad Ana G. Méndez.

From 2023 to 2026 I worked on a multidisciplinary A/E team at Practical Engineering Services, producing the technical deliverables for civil engineering and architectural projects for government and private clients. In October 2026 I joined Del Valle Group as a Quality Control Technical. AP Landscape Studio is where I show my landscape design work.

Design drawings and construction documents

I turn client requirements and as-built surveys into precise drawings, then into final construction documents.

3D renderings

High-quality renderings that show clients and reviewers how a space will look and feel before it is built.

Cost estimates

Detailed estimates and complete delivery packages, prepared to the client's requirements.

Bidding support

I take part in pre-bid and bidding phases and help hand finished designs over to construction.

Field inspection

On-site supervision and inspection visits to confirm that project tasks are built as drawn.

Consultant coordination

I help coordinate specialized consultants so every discipline works from the same set of drawings.
